Our Traditional Salsa at its core is an uncooked version of our Medium, but in reality it’s so much more. We still use all the same great ingredients as our other varieties but by not cooking it the raw onion and garlic flavor profiles along with the fresh taste from the peppers and herbs will really make your tastebuds sing. The freshness of our Traditional salsa makes it our favorite to cook with and an excellent addition to any taco Tuesday. Try adding it to fresh avocado for a delish twist on gameday guacamol
Our Mild Salsa is a delicious blend of all the flavors you would expect from a handmade fresh salsa, but very with little heat. It’s a great option for those with a more “timid palate” who still enjoy chipping and dipping but aren’t looking for any of the burn you can find in some of our more adventurous flavors. There is no need to slow down and give your taste buds a rest when eating this one.
With a little more spice than our Mild Salsa, Medium is by far our best-selling variety and is the perfect marriage of flavor and heat! Medium is a welcome guest at any party, family get together or even when you get the chance to sit back and relax with the house all to yourself. Our Hot Salsa really cranks up the heat for those adventurous eaters that like a little burn on their palate. While Hot’s heat level isn’t going to ruin your day, it will give you the spice you’re looking for and add some excitement to any meal or event. You still get all same great flavors and freshness you’ll find in our other varieties but with an added kick you’re sure to love. Try it in a breakfast burrito to really heat up your morning routine.
Afterburner is our hottest variety of salsa and definitely not for the faint at heart! We put a lot of work into creating this flavor profile to ensure it doesn’t just destroy your mouth when you eat it. The combination of heat and flavor achieved is something any “capsaicinophile” will appreciate. The addition of Birdseye chilis creates a unique eating experience with a delayed punch of heat, hence the name “Afterburner”. This product is unlike anything else you’ll find in your local grocery stores.
Our Pineapple Mango Salsa is a delicious blend of all our fresh ingredients with a twist, a sweet finish provided by crushed pineapple and fresh mango chunks. On par with our Mild Salsa heat wise, this salsa will be a hit with anyone you share it with. That is IF you decide to share it and we wouldn’t blame you if you decided to keep it all for yourself. Not only is this salsa a chips dream, it’s excellent on Pork, Chicken and Fish.
This traditional green salsa is made with real, all-natural Tomatillos. It has fresh garlic, onions, peppers and cilantro to compliment the tart, fruity and slightly herbal flavor of the tomatillos. Whether eaten with chips, on eggs or with any cream-based dish, you will love the flavor of this authentic salsa. Mild on heat, but bold in flavor. This is a salsa that will not disappoint.
*Our Mild, Medium, Hot and Afterburner San Juan Salsas are all cooked to 180 degrees. This blends the flavors of our wonderful ingredients, it adds shelf-life to these salsas and it sweetens them just a bit.
Our original yellow corn triangle tortilla chip. These light, crispy and non-greasy chips are fried in Heart Healthy High-Oleic Safflower Oil.
Our original chip in a round shape. Same great chip as our All Natural Tortilla Chip and as with all our chips only lightly salted.
Our white corn chip has a little added flavor. These round chips have toasted sesame seeds to give them a slightly nutty flavor. They are fried in the same Heart Healthy oil and are great paired with any of our salsas, but because of their nutty flavor, we often use them like crackers.
